Hi my name is Lloyd, and I am the creator of Pictivity and all the imagery on this site. Except of course the picture of me alongside, which was taken by good friend and fellow photography enthusiast in Prague.

I've always loved taking a good picture. One that captures the essence of a precious moment, the twinkling of an eye or a brimming smile. A picture that brings the moment back as though it was now.

Photography to me is an art. Art which breathes life to your memories and imagination. Capturing precious moments of the present so that we might return at any time. Or inspiring thoughts and desires from some other life, be they fanciful or vicarious. All these journeys can be inspired by living images.
